I can't speak more highly of the food and excellent customer service. The extra large pho dac biet or p2 was absolutely massive with very generous portions of steak, flank, meatballs, brisket, tripe, and tendons. So much in fact that I had enough leftovers for an extra meal. The customer service was also spot on. Slow at first but the waiter really picked up the frequency at which he came by.

Good pho, large portions compared to other Viet places in the area. The taste is also authentic. Friends also tried bah mi and this crab soup noodles. Everyone liked their food. Will come back to try other dishes. If coming from rt 1 north bound, the jug handles are a little annoying, just a FYI.

An authentic Vietnamese restaurant off the highway of Metuchen, NJ. We came here for dinner and the place was very spacious and clean with plenty of seating areas. The restaurant provided excellent and attentive services We ordered a mixed variety of Vietnamese food. We got 2 pho, grilled chicken vermicelli, and grilled pork chop over rice. Portions size for all four dishes were huge and we almost couldn't finish it. Their food tasted very authentic and fresh. Price is definitely reasonable for the portion size and freshness of their food.

I usually go to a spot in South Plainfield but I didn't feel like taking the ride. We pass by Pho One all the time to go to Menlo and said why not give it a try. The food was delicious and fresh. We ordered to go and the service was great! It was ready quickly. If you do decide to dine in, from what I could see everything looked clean and well maintained!! Definitely will be ordering again.

A decently sized pho shop with quick service off route 1. Service was fast and I got a #2 pho with grilled pork rolls. Grilled pork was really tender and overall pretty tasty with the wrap and rice vermicelli. Pho was just decent. Portion size was good even for the smaller size and meatball was pretty good. I didn't think the rare beef slices were that tender or tasty. Certainly not bad but also not the best. Also came here a few years ago and didn't have a strong impression of the food then.

Large quantity and decent quality offerings. The summer roles are big, but when mixed with meat, can't really taste the shrimp anymore. Also the beef slices in the Pho are little dry.

Pho One is perfect especially on cold winter days. Great service and staff. Inside is very clean and even when I do takeout the pho is delicious. Broth is super flavorful. All ingredients including bean sprouts, herbs, onions and meat are fresh. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Wish they served more siracha when doing takeout. Large serving size.

I recently dined at Pho One restaurant, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The clean and spacious ambiance, coupled with friendly and attentive staff, set the stage for a pleasant evening. Arriving on a Saturday night, we were warmly greeted at the door and promptly seated. We opted for the pho soup with shrimp, a mango tea without tapioca, and the egg noodle stir fried with seafood along with a side of broth soup. The dishes were not only delicious but also showcased the freshness of the ingredients used. What stood out was the flavorful nature of the food; no extra condiments were needed. Despite the clean and spacious ambiance, friendly staff, and overall enjoyable experience at Pho One restaurant, I would rate it four stars. My only qualm was the limited amount of shrimp in the pho Tom soup and the limited amount of noodle and seafood in the egg noodle stir-fry, leaving me wanting more in terms of noodle and seafood portions.

Came in for late lunch. Ordered four bowls of large pho w filet mignon, wings, egg rolls. Sat in same large booth. Pho was piping hot, fresh veg and plenty of noodles. Hit the spot on a cold day. Definitely one of the best in the area. Little tough to get to, but worth the effort.

To preface, I am Vietnamese so I've had a lot of authentic Vietnamese food in my life. My siblings and I went here a little after lunch time so it was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the food. They provided good portions and gave a lot of meat. You can never go wrong with a bowl of pho. Their bun bo hue wasn't the best I've ever had but I was satisfied with it. Service was fast and we were well taken care of.
